SEBI vide circular No’s. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS/CIR/P/2020/35 & 36 dated 13th March,2020 it has issued amendments to guidelines for the rights issue and Preferential issue and Institutional placement of units by a listed InvIT/REIT
