From The Gazette of India it has been notified that Section 460 of Companies Act, 2013 shall be applicable to Limited Liability partnerships (LLPs).
Section 460 is about the condonation of delay in certain cases can be accepted by the Department if the reasons for such delay are provided in writing to the adjudicating Authority which does not lead to the payment of penalty (can be called as a waiver of such penalties for genuine delays in Filing of required forms).
