M. Siva Ram Prasad - is the founder partner of the firm and has been in professional practice since 1977. He is the head of the consultancy division of the firm and looks after Management Consultancy and Financial Consultancy services. He has been advising organizations on Foreign Exchange Control Laws (FEMA). He has been promoting small, medium and large Business Organisations.

S. Ranganathan - is one of the senior partners of the firm. He has been with the firm since 1985. He heads the Tax division of the Firm. He has experience in Transfer Pricing Studies, Direct and Indirect Taxes, International Tax, Tax Appeals, Tax Management, Tax Audits, Taxation of Not for Profit Organizations. He has been advising large companies on tax planning and assisting them on tax appeals and dispute resolution.

S. Ranganathan - Hyderabad

Padmakant J. Mehta - is a qualified Information Systems Auditor (DISA from ICAI) and has been associated with the firm as a partner since 2001. He has experience in handling Information System Audit, Securities Audits, and inspections on behalf of SEBI. He has also specialized in Initial Public Offer (IPO) Resource Mobilization, Capital structuring, Computerization of Accounts, and Arbitrations.

Padmakant J. Mehta - Hyderabad

S. Srinivasa Rao - has been associated with the firm as a partner since 2001. He is heading the Bank audit division and looking after Statutory Central Audits, and Statutory Branch Audits of Banks. He has experience in advising on working capital management, Financial management, Project Financing, Loan Syndication, Financial restructuring and Forex Management. He was a banker for over two decades.

I. Dileep Kumar - has been associated with the firm from 2005 and heads the Audit and Assurance division of the firm. He has also done his article-ship with the firm and has joined the firm as a partner in 2014. He has gained experience in the areas like Audit & Assurance services in an ERP environment, financial reporting under various GAAPs including IFRS, Knowledge process outsourcing operations including back-office operations, SoX compliance. He is a certified Forensic Auditor, Fraud Detector and a qualified Information System Auditor (DISA from ICAI).

T. Avinash Jain - has been associated with the firm since 1996 and is heading the Mumbai branch. He is a qualified Information Systems Auditor (DISA from ICAI). He has experience in advising on Information System Audits, Audit of Media Companies, Statutory Audits, Tax representation, Tax appeals and Bank Audits. He has also completed a certificate course conducted by ICAI in Forensic audit and Fraud Detection.

Roshni Manoj Advani - has been associated with the firm since 2011 and heads the firm’s Thane branch. Apart from Audits and Taxation, she has experience in Certification services and tax Representation.

He did his article-ship with the firm. He was inducted as a partner in 2019. He is a certified Forensic Auditor & Fraud Detector and also a Certified Concurrent Auditor by ICAI.
