MCA vide Circular No. 15/2021 dated 27th September, 2021 has extended the due date of submission of Cost Audit Report to the Board of Directors till 31st October, 2021.
Consequently, the cost audit report shall be filed in Form CRA-4 within 30 days of receipt of cost audit report by the company.
